Units 7 and 8 are on the ground floor of the iconic John Banner Building in the heart of Attercliffe. The suites are currently fitted out as offices but could easily be reconfigured to provide flexible space as retail, consulting rooms or other business use. Tenants can also enjoy the cafe on the ground floor. There is free parking to the rear of the building.
