After hosting three incredible Spin-a-thons in support of Cavendish Weston Park Cancer Care, Dr Natalie Grinvalds is back—this time with something a little different. Body and Bowl is fitness for good in more ways than one: good for the body, good for the heart, and good for the community.

In partnership with Blend Culinary Foundation and Cambridge Street Collective, Resilience Fitness + Wellbeing is hosting two fitness sessions and a Buddha bowl lunch. This year, trade in spin bikes for sweat towels and creating a space where everyone can take part—no equipment, no pressure, just good energy and a great cause. Just bring your mat, your appetite, and your willpower!

A HIIT-style workout for all abilities—a powerful, energising session designed to boost your fitness and your sense of personal resilience. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movement, with options to scale every exercise to suit your level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned HIIT fan, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Mat-Style Pilates Session

Mat-Style Pilates workout with a focus on core strength and movement quality. Annie is passionate about life training, so this session also includes elements of mobility and balance to help you move better, both in your workouts and in everyday life. Will need a mat!
