To celebrate their move into their new home, JÖRO are bringing you a year long schedule of Chef Collaboration events at JÖRO, Oughtibridge Mill.
For their next event in the series Guest chef Ricki Weston. Ricki Weston from Whatley Manor will be joining us on the 10th of September.
Born and raised in Storrington, West Sussex, Ricki’s career kicked off in 2010 working at notable kitchens including Michelin starred restaurant 'The Pass' with Matt Gillian before joining Restaurant Sat Bains. Ricki’s time under Sat Bains continues to influence his cooking today.
Ricki Weston has been Executive Chef at Whatley Manor near Malmesbury, Wiltshire since January 2022, having joined as Sous Chef in 2018. Prior to this, he worked at Restaurant Sat Bains for three years. His role is to oversee all food and beverage offerings at the hotel, including Michelin-starred ‘The Dining Room’, and the more informal Grey’s restaurant.
The Dining Room is the jewel in Whatley Manor’s culinary crown. At the heart of the restaurant is Executive Chef Ricki Weston, a chef driven by instinct, integrity, and a deep respect for ingredients. The menus have a touch of nostalgia and reflect Ricki’s own culinary journey.
