Making Social Value Count: A Roadmap for Local SMEs
Following the success of Sheffield City Council's Meet the Buyer event, held in October, we are proud to announce a series of follow up events for local SMEs. The first of this series will focus on the positive impact of Social Value, explaining how it works and what best practice delivery looks like.
SMEs are vital to Sheffield's economy, driving local innovation and contributing significantly to employment and GDP.
By proactively embracing Social Value, your businesses can create a positive societal impact while improving your own business prospects, especially by winning contracts with public sector clients who increasingly prioritise it.

We’re excited to welcome guest speakers from Equans, Sheffield Business Together, Christian Sait (SV Consultant) and Food Works Sheffield, who will share insights on the benefits and impact of Social Value.
