Gills & Co
Founded in Autumn 2022, Gills & Co was built out of a desire to bring a fantastic range of wines to Sheffield. Owned by Andy Trudgill, who brings with him tons of experience in the hospitality industry, launched the shop with a simple concept - browse and take wine home, or browse and drink in.
On the ground floor you’ll find a traditional style wine shop, where they house a seasonal selection of wines that are constantly changing, showcasing everything from old world classics to the experimental wonders of the latest generation of winemakers around the world.
Guests can take away and drink at home, or they have tables on the ground floor and upstairs where you to take a seat and unwind with a bottle of something tasty to drink in.
Additional Information
They serve a tasty range of snacks from olives and bread, to meats and cheeses. Needless to say, they feel as though they have something for everyone!
They also host a regular series of wine tastings events that are aimed to spotlight the variety of wines available. Tastings tend to run weekly on Thursday evenings, booking is essential. Anyone wanting to enquire about private tastings, whether this is for a corporate event or personal, should get in touch with them.
