Built in 1596 on the High Street, The Blue Stoops has been at the heart of the community for hundreds of years. It is believed that the name originates from the custom of painting the doorposts blue to indicate an inn.
After extensive renovations on the Grade II listed building True North Brew Co. have taken pride in restoring The Blue Stoops to its former glory, by retaining as much original character as possible whilst creating a traditional, community pub.
