The Moor Market

One of the UK's best indoor markets and home to over 90 independent traders, The Moor Market has a range of stalls offering fantastic quality and great value.

Housed in a purpose-built modern building on The Moor shopping precinct in Sheffield City Centre, it's like an indoor farmers' market selling of host of fresh produce including organic meat, fruit, vegetables and baked goods. 

There's also a number of specialist international shops selling amazing flavours and difficult to source products from countries around the world.

You can also grab a bite to eat while you're there, with a food court selling everything from bacon sandwiches to Nepalese thali platters.

Aside to amazing food, you’ll also find a treasure trove of stores to explore, including much-loved beer shop, Beer Central and one of the best stocked haberdashery stalls in South Yorkshire, along with luscious fabrics, retro and vintage style home wares, jewellery, hand-crafted items, clothing, footwear, home furnishings and more.

There are fishmongers selling sea fresh fish and seafood including live crabs and lobsters, conger eels and the usual family favourites like cod, salmon and plaice.

Multiple butchers provide beautiful cuts of meat, locally sourced wherever possible with stock ranging from beef and lamb to rabbit and goat.

With a number of deli stores sell a wide range of specialist cheeses, teas and more, The Moor Market has become the go to place to visit for gourmets and enthusiastic cooks.
