Castlegate Festival Street Party & Skate Jam

The Castlegate Festival is back on Saturday September 14th 2024 with a very special street party and skate jam on Exchange Street!

The event is free and open to all, with live entertainment on outside until 10pm.

Join in from 2pm as Skateboard GB host the annual Marioland skate event with cash for tricks - all welcome!

The Exchange Street Stage and Bar will be serving up quality multi-genre music all day long until 10pm, with live performances and DJ sets from special guests and local artists including Halogenix, Katie Bosworth, Goldivox, Yarni and more.

The free festivities continue well into the wee hours with more appearances from special guests at the traditional afterparties held across the Exchange Street venues - Plot 22, Delicious Clam and Panke Social.

Running from 2pm, the event offers over 14 hours of music across four spaces, with a licensed bar and food on site. Re-entry permitted subject to capacity.
