The Boy with a Leg Named Brian: Memoirs by Pete McKee
This major new exhibition takes visitors on a nostalgia-filled journey through the childhood of one of Sheffield best-loved artists, Pete McKee.
Christmas Tree Festival
Sheffield Cathedral will sparkle and shine when it is lit up with more than 40 Christmas trees, each beautifully decorated by a local charity, community group or business. Free to visit, the Christmas Tree Festival will be on show from 3 December through to 12 January.
Contemporary British Painting Prize 2024
Paintings by the finalists of this year's Contemporary British Painting Prize are shown at Yorkshire Artspace.
Little Shop of Horrors (Crucible Theatre)
Sheffield Theatres present the hilarious killer rock musical live on the Crucible stage. Blooming with favourites including Little Shop of Horrors, Suddenly Seymour and Skid Row (Downtown), the show runs 7 December - 18 January.
Goldsoul - Soul Night Out
The famous Sheffield City Hall plays host to another big Soul night out. Join us on Saturday 13th December 2025 for 3 rooms of Classic Dancefloor favourites presented by the North’s Best Loved Soul DJ’s. 9pm-2am. Be quick, it generally sells out.

This new exhibition from Hayward Gallery Touring comes to the Millennium Gallery in Sheffield and plunges into the joys and heartaches, mess, myths and mishaps of motherhood through over 100 artworks, from the feminist avant-garde to the present day.
