Summer event highlights
Sharrow Festival 2024
With a full day of activity and live music in Mount Pleasant Park, Sharrow Festival returns on Saturday 6 July to celebrate the culture and diversity of their community.
Walkley Festival Finale 24
Walkley's biggest event of the year, celebrating the end of their 10 day Walkley Festival with a local makers mega market, local beverages, street food and live music- all in the beautiful surroundings of Ruskin Park on Saturday 6 July.
Whirlow Farm Fayre
Get ready for a day of family fun at the Whirlow Farm Fayre 2024. Mark your calendars for Sunday, 7 July 2024, because from 11 am - 4 pm, they are bringing the ultimate extravaganza for all ages!
Chariots of Fire
A heart-pounding new production set to a soaring musical score, adapted from the Oscar-winning movie by Mike Bartlett and directed by Robert Hastie - see Chariots of Fire on the Crucible stage in Sheffield, 6 - 27 July.
Sheffield Pinknic 2024
Sheffield's biggest LGBTQ+ event, Pinknic is back in the Peace Gardens for 2024, taking place on Saturday 13 July, with a host of live music, entertainment and stalls.
Goldsmiths North 2024
An annual summer fair in Sheffield, bringing the finest contemporary Silverware & Jewellery to the North of England.
Sheffield Grand Prix 2024
Bringing competitive cycling back to the streets of Sheffield's city centre , Sheffield Grand Prix is back on Wednesday 17 July. The event will once again be part of the British Cycling National Circuit Race Series, attracting the UK’s top teams and riders.
Sharrow Vale Market: July 2024
Sharrow Vale Market is held three times year, with around 100 stalls selling a wide variety of locally sourced and homemade produce. The summer edition will take place on Sunday 16 July.
Pollen Market: July 2024
An inner-city flower market and much more! Once again Pollen Market host their monthly botanical spectacular along the Grey to Green corridor in Sheffield's Castlegate district on Sunday 21 July.
The Fringe Stage at Devonshire Green 2024
Once again, Devonshire Green in Sheffield's city centre will be home to The Fringe Stage- a family-friendly area, with loads of live music from a wide variety of genres 27 - 28 July.
Rex Market: July 2024
Rex Market returns for their 2024 summer edition, taking place on Sunday 14 July. An outdoor market based in Kelham Island, the event showcases an array of fantastic independent Sheffield businesses.
Sheffield by the Seaside
Grab your buckets and spades as the seaside returns to Sheffield's Peace Gardens this summer, with a whole host of FREE family fun, 25 July - 26 August.
The Village Screen Outdoor Cinema at Kenwood Hall
The Village Screen return to the leafy grounds Sheffield's Kenwood Hall Hotel for an awesome weekend, with a silent disco, classic outdoor cinema and delicious street food & drinks, 9 - 11 August.
Sheffield Bricktropolis
The bricks (LEGO ones) are back this summer! Head to Sheffield city centre 3 - 18 August, for a new Sheffield Bricktropolis adventure. It's going to be wild!
Eat Treat & Moor
Join The Moor Sheffield at Eat, Treat & Moor, a celebration of all thing’s food, drink, and entertainment for the whole family with over 30 stalls, taking place 10 - 11 August.

Devonshire Green Festival
Get ready for a day filled with creativity, flavour, and live music in Sheffield City Centre as Devonshire Green Festival takes place on Saturday 24 August, 12pm - 8pm.
Sheffield Fayre 2024
Celebrating its 21st year! A fantastic day out for all of the family in one of Sheffield’s most wonderful parks, Sheffield Fayre returns on Bank Holiday Monday 26 August 2024.
Art in the Gardens
Taking place Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2024 in Sheffield's stunning Botanical Gardens, Art in the Gardens is one of the largest outdoor art markets in the North of England, with artists, craft makers and visitors coming from across the UK.
Sheffield Walking Festival
Taking place over ten days each September, the festival celebrates all sides of Sheffield with a whole host of enjoyable walks of varying lengths, with plenty to see and discover along the way. This year the festival will take place 6 - 15 September 2024.
Sheffield Heritage Open Days 2024
Part of the nationwide celebrations, Sheffield’s biggest festival of heritage and culture takes place between 6 - 15 September with over 100 FREE tours, walks, exhibitions and events.
