Orienteering - dusk event

26 Mar 2025 17:30 - 19:45

Celebrate the return of lighter evenings and join South Yorkshire Orienteers for an orienteering race on Loxley Common.

Loxley Common is an interesting mix of woodland and open common land. There is a wealth of interesting contour detail to challenge experienced orienteers and a good path network to cater for the less experienced.

Newcomers are very welcome!

One of the biggest orienteering clubs in the UK, South Yorkshire Orienteers (SYO) have over 300 members ranging in age from 5 to 85.

They offer a friendly and informal welcome to the sport - supporting adult and junior beginners and more seasoned orienteers alike with coaching and a programme of regular events. www.southyorkshireorienteers.org.uk

This event is part of the Festival of the Outdoors.
